What is Griefshare.
The GriefShare Course is a support group for those who have lost loved ones through death.
It is led by people who understand what you are going through and who want to help. A journey from mourning to joy, GriefShare gives you valuable resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.
Some topics that are covered include:
- Is this normal?
- The challenges of grief
- Grief and your relationships
- Guilt and anger
- Being ‘Stuck’
We cover the topics with a video-based instruction/discussion followed by conversation. The group provides a safe, caring space for you to begin healing – You don’t have to do it alone!
If you have suffered a loss through death, or have a friend who has lost a loved one and needs support in their grief, we’d love you to join us.
Please contact the ministry leader to register your interest, and they will contact you to provide more information.
Next course will run on Saturdays from 8 July to 30 September, 12pm – 2pm.
Cost: R230pp (for the workbook)
