The Gathering 2020

The theme for the Gathering 2020 is CORE, and is all about urging teenagers to make Jesus the core of their lives; the driving force behind all that they are and do. For the first time, we will have 4 different speakers, who will speak into issues of identity, purpose, peace and joy–with how Jesus impacts all of these areas when He is the centre of our lives. Mercygate, under the leadership of Ps Allan van Heerden from Linkway Church, will be leading us in powerful times of worship.

CORE will be taking place from the 8th to the 11th of January 2020, at Bergkroon FaithCentre just outside of Wellington. Camp costs R750per camper (which includes all meals, accommodation, camper pack and camp activities). There is also a cheaper tenting option available at R550pp which requires campers to provide their own tent. All campers have the option of ordering a camp t-shirt at an additional R90cost. Transport is not included, so campers will have to make their own way to and from camp, arriving between 3pm-5pm on Wednesday 8th January, and fetched no later than 2.30pm on Saturday 11th January. We would encourage parents to carpool and take kids through themselves in order to keep costs down.

CORE is open everyone in Grade 8-Matric (and first year out of school) during 2019.

This year, campers will need to register directly through the Remerge website (www.remergeministries.co.za) as well as paying Remerge directly via EFT. Click here to register. This is to make the process simpler, while dealing with our limited dormitory accommodation on a first-come-first-served basis (we have unlimited tenting space however).

Registration and payment deadline is 30 November 2019.

Please visit our website for any more info or connect with us on our Facebook page:(www.facebook.com/remergeministries). We can’t wait to see you at the Gathering 2020:CORE
